Motörhead – The Golden Years - Live EP

Released : May 3, 1980
Genre : Heavy metal
Length : 14:34
Label : Bronze

Eager to capitalize on the fast-rising Motörhead juggernaut, Bronze Records quickly followed Bomber, the band's third album (and second blockbuster in a row), with this once highly sought-after four-track live EP, issued in June 1980. Now readily available at the tail end of Sanctuary's 1996 Bomber reissue, The Golden Years captures all the raucous energy and devastating power of the band's classic Lemmy Kilmister, "Fast" Eddie Clarke, and Phil Taylor lineup at the peak of its power. After tearing their way through the Motown staple "Leaving Here," the band blasts through three originals: "Stone Dead Forever," "Dead Men Tell No Tales," and the previously unreleased "Too Late, Too Late."

1. Leaving Here
2. Stone Dead Forever
3. Dead Men Tell No Tales
4. Too Late, Too Late
